Your website, kept working — with real development hours included
Most maintenance plans promise 'unlimited edits' that end where code begins. Our care plans include 6, 12 or 20 real developer hours every month — fixes, changes and actual development — with response times in business hours and delivery windows only where we commit one.

What's included
A monthly care plan with real development hours included: updates, backups, security checks and a team that handles your requests inside your client panel.
- 6, 12 or 20 included development hours every month — counted in whole quarter-hours, no small print
- CMS, plugin and theme updates on a fixed schedule
- Daily backups of files and database
- Security and uptime monitoring on every plan
- One panel for requests, reports, invoices and your remaining hours
No reviews yet — here is what you can verify instead
We are new, and we would rather show you mechanics you can check than borrowed stars. Every review we ever publish will come from a real, closed order — until then, judge us on what is written into the service itself.
-
Response times are part of the plan
Each care plan prints its response time — in business hours and days — right on the plan. It is part of what you buy, not a marketing adjective.
-
A visible hours balance
Your remaining development hours are a number in your client panel, updated as work is logged in quarter-hours. Nothing is spent silently.
-
No cure, no pay on emergencies
If an Emergency Fix does not restore your site, you get 100% of the price back. Refunds for everything else are written down just as plainly: 100% before work starts on one-time services, unused pack hours refundable within their 90-day window (minus one hour).
How it works
-
Pick a service with an honest price tag
Every service has a public price and limits printed in numbers — included hours, pages, response times. No 'contact us for pricing' and no unlimited-with-asterisks.
-
Pay in the panel — no deposit, no invoice to chase
You order and pay in the client panel at app.web-svc.com, from the same price book this site shows. Prepayment is what makes the negotiation disappear: your confirmation and tax invoice are issued the moment you pay, and where the service commits a delivery window, its card prints the moment that window is counted from.
-
Watch the work, not your inbox
Tasks, your remaining hours balance, reports, documents and invoices issued by the platform — all live in your panel. Response times for requests are part of each plan, written in business hours and days.
-
Renew only on your say-so
Subscriptions never renew without a payment mandate you granted yourself — and can revoke in the panel. Cancel any time: your paid period keeps working to its last day, and unstarted annual months are refunded in full.
